“Best Drink Concept Award” at World Food Innovation Awards 2019 has been won by CAPtivate; a neat little device that fits onto a regular water bottle and adds flavour as you drink.
Sam Brook, the owner of Captivate, had the vision but came to us for the execution because of our reputation for developing manufacturable ideas.
We created a funky persona for this trend setting product while at the same time adding to the user experience. Simplicity was key in allowing the user to change flavours and adjust concentrations.
As is always the case with new products, it is all very well delivering perfection but others need to know about it. Our in-house “hollywood prototyping” team created an attention grabbing video for CAPtivate using the development data from the engineers. The videos the team are producing bring ideas to life and develop an early interest that fuels the development process and grows markets. It clearly got the attention of the judges for Sam!
